Toluca advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup with a dominant 4-0 victory over San Diego FC in the second leg of their Round of 16 tie, completing a 6-3 aggregate score. FC Cincinnati defeated Tigres UANL 3-0 in the first leg of their Round of 16 tie, while Inter Miami CF and Nashville SC played to a 0-0 draw in their first leg encounter. Club America and Philadelphia Union drew 1-1 in the second leg of their matchup. Cruz Azul and Monterrey also drew 1-1 in their second leg match. Alajuelense lost 2-1 to Los Angeles FC in the second leg. Seattle Sounders FC won the first leg against Vancouver Whitecaps FC 3-0.
