TOKYO, JAPAN – september 26, 2025 – tokyo Electron (TEL) today announced upcoming personnel changes impacting key leadership positions within the company, effective September 30, 2025. The changes involve the retirement of Ryoji Omata and adjustments to roles for Shuuichi Ishizuka, signaling a transition in oversight of audit and supervisory functions. These appointments are part of TEL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate governance and ensure continued growth within the semiconductor industry.
The personnel shifts come as TEL navigates a dynamic global technology landscape and increasing demand for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Ryoji Omata will retire from his position as Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd. on september 30,2025. concurrently, Shuuichi Ishizuka, currently an Audit & Supervisory Board Member at Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd., will transition to the role of Vice President at Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd.
These changes are subject to the registration procedures of each country for overseas subsidiaries.
