The changes involve the retirement of Ryoji Omata and adjustments to roles for Shuuichi Ishizuka, signaling a ⁣transition in ⁢oversight of audit and supervisory functions. These appointments are part of ⁣TEL’s ongoing ⁤efforts to strengthen⁢ corporate governance​ and ensure continued growth within ⁤the semiconductor industry.
