Vipali’s 2.5M Euro Funding Boosts Preventive Health Tech

A French start-up is revolutionizing health risk prevention. The company’s innovative tech solution combines human support and advanced technology, aiming to enhance healthy lifespans and promote widespread accessibility to preventive care.

Innovative Approach to Health

Founded in Lille in 2023 by eight entrepreneurs, including five from the health sector, Vipali offers a hybrid approach to healthcare. It uses a mobile app that assesses risks via twelve dimensions, such as nutrition and stress. Complementing this, “vipali center” locations provide tests with health professionals. Each user then gets an individualized plan.

Vipali has secured €2.5 million in funding. This investment comes from private investors, banking partners, Bpifrance, and the Hauts-de-France region. The funds will be utilized to enhance the digital platform, expand physical centers, and reinforce collaborations with the Institut Pasteur de Lille.

Strategic Partnerships and Expansion

From its inception, Vipali partnered with a mutual organization with 170,000 members and the Institut Pasteur de Lille. This B2B strategy enables rapid deployment with companies seeking overall health prevention solutions for their employees. The company’s approach aligns with the rising demand for proactive health management, with the global preventative healthcare market projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 (Grand View Research).

Future Plans

Vipali currently has several tens of thousands of users and plans to open three new centers in France by the end of the year. The company now employs around twenty people, aiming to double its workforce by 2026.
