BAHRAIN – The World Endurance Championship (WEC) concluded its 2025 season with an awards ceremony in Bahrain recognizing outstanding achievements both on and off the track.Dudu Barrichello was named Revelation of the Year for his performance in the Aston martin Vantage GT3 / Racing Spirit of Léman, highlighted by a strong finish in Sao Paulo and a pole position at Fuji. TF Sport boss Tom Ferrier received the Personality of the Year award, while Alessio Rovera earned the overall Goodyear Wingfoot distinction.
The ceremony also honored departing figures instrumental to the WEC’s success. Yannick Dalmas, the championship’s safety car driver and advisor since 2012, received two autographed helmets from the FIA and the ACO as he steps down from his role. Jenson Button,completing his final full-time WEC race,and photographer Andrew Hall were also recognized for their contributions.
Throughout the 2025 season, Alex Lynn, Will Stevens, and Norman Nato of the No. 12 Cadillac team consistently scored points in every round, securing three pole positions at Le Mans, Sao Paulo, and Fuji. In the LMGT3 class, no team managed to score points in all eight races. Iron Lynx drivers Maxime Martin,Lin Hodenius,and Martin Berry accumulated 39 points in LMGT3,with a significant 27 points earned at the Bahrain final.
Ferrari AF Corse and Heart of Racing were jointly awarded the Enduring Endurance Award from DHL for their commitment to environmental efforts.
