SpaceX Launches 29 Starlink Satellites from Florida
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket successfully launched 29 Starlink satellites into orbit from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on November 14,2025,at 10:08 p.m. EST (0308 UTC). The rocket followed a south-easterly trajectory.
This launch was one of two Starlink missions planned within a four-hour window. The 45th Weather Squadron predicted a greater than 95 percent chance of favorable weather conditions for both launches, with solar activity risks reduced to a moderate level after recent heightened activity.
The booster used for the Starlink 6-89 mission, Falcon 9 with tail number B1092, completed its eighth flight. It previously supported missions including CRS-32, GPS III SV08, and NROL-69.
Approximately 8.5 minutes after liftoff, B1092 successfully landed on the drone ship ‘A Shortfall of Gravitas’ in the Atlantic Ocean, east of the Bahamas. This marked the 132nd landing on that vessel and SpaceX’s 533rd overall booster landing.
