Clarksville, TN – The Roxy Regional Theater is set to host the return of Scriptless in Seattle, a nationally-touring improvised musical comedy group, for two performances on September 19th and 20th, 2025.Tickets are now available for the unique shows promising an evening of unscripted laughter and spontaneous entertainment.
Scriptless in Seattle, whose name originated from a speedy pre-show brainstorming session in 2019 during a talent show fundraiser in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, delivers a performance style reminiscent of “Whose Line Is It anyway,” blending hilarious sketches, improvised musicals, game shows, and film noir. Each show is entirely unique, with the audience even having the chance to influence the direction of the performance.
The group’s journey began when three comedy performers needed a name just minutes before taking the stage. After considering several options, they settled on the movie pun, “Scriptless in Seattle,” a nod to Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks.Years later, the dynamic improv comedy group is touring the country, bringing its live, unscripted performances to Clarksville.
