## RodeoHouston Announces New Upscale Dining Experience: 1932 Cattleman’s Club
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is set to debut a new upscale dining and entertainment destination, the 1932 Cattleman’s Club, in 2026.This replaces The Ranch Saloon, previously operated by Berg Hospitality for four years.
The partnership with Fertitta Entertainment, announced today, will bring a new concept to the rodeo grounds, building upon Fertitta Entertainment’s existing 15+ year presence through its Saltgrass Steakhouse pop-up booth. Fertitta Entertainment’s portfolio includes luxury dining establishments such as Mastro’s, Vic & Anthony’s, La Griglia, and Palm.
“This collaboration honors our Western heritage while elevating the guest experience to new heights, ensuring that every bite reflects the excellence and passion at the heart of our brand,” stated Chris Boleman, President and CEO of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
while the 1932 Cattleman’s Club will offer similar menu items to The Ranch – including prime and wagyu steaks,seafood,and sides like lobster mac and cheese – it will distinguish itself by being open for lunch and offering a dedicated kid’s menu.
Patrick Fertitta, director of Fertitta Entertainment, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “With Fertitta Entertainment’s deep roots in the Houston community, we are thrilled to bring a new, upscale dining, and entertainment destination… It’s an incredible honor to continue being a part of this Texas institution… and we look forward to bringing houstonians and visitors from all around the world an unforgettable experience.”
Berg Hospitality acknowledged the change, stating they were “proud of what we’ve accomplished at The Ranch” and congratulated Landry’s (Fertitta Entertainment) on the new venture.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo explained the decision to partner with Fertitta Entertainment, citing their expertise in premium pop-up concepts and their strong connection to the event as key factors in delivering a “world-class experience.”
