Oregon ‌State, ⁤BYU to Meet in​ Las⁢ Vegas Football Game in 2028

LAS VEGAS -⁤ oregon⁤ State and BYU have ​scheduled a future football game to be played in Las⁣ Vegas, officials announced Friday. The Beavers and Cougars will face ⁢off⁢ in 2028 as part‌ of an expanding series of high-profile college football contests hosted in the city.

The ‌matchup renews ⁤a series that dates‌ back to 1999,⁣ with⁣ Oregon State currently holding a ⁢6-5 advantage overall. The Beavers won the ⁣most recent meeting, ⁤defeating BYU 42-24 in Provo in 2012. This contest‍ marks the latest addition ‌to a growing list⁢ of games planned for ⁤Las Vegas, signaling the cityS increasing prominence as⁢ a⁢ destination for major sporting ⁢events. Arkansas and Texas Tech are also ‌scheduled to‌ play in Las Vegas in 2030 as part ​of⁤ the Vegas Kickoff‍ Classic.
