Leapmotor A10 to Challenge Renault 4 and Ford Puma with 2026 UK Launch
Leapmotor has previewed its new A10 model, a compact SUV slated to arrive in the UK in 2026, positioning it to compete with popular rivals like the renault 4 and Ford Puma.Images released on the Chinese social media platform weibo reveal the vehicle’s exterior design ahead of its official world debut at the Guangzhou auto Show on November 21st.
The A10 will slot into Leapmotor’s lineup below the C10 and B10 models. While interior details remain under wraps, the A10 is expected to follow the minimalist design language of its siblings, featuring a 14.6-inch central touchscreen and an 8.8-inch driver’s instrument display,with no physical buttons.
Exterior highlights include a distinctive LED lighting signature resembling smiley emojis, flush door handles, a LiDAR sensor above the windscreen, and a charging port integrated into the front wheel arch. A black C-pillar creates a floating roof effect.
Leapmotor anticipates the A10 will utilize the ‘Leap 3.5’ architecture and the next-generation electric motor from the B10,benefiting from an oil-cooling system for improved efficiency. The company projects a range of approximately 250 miles and a maximum charging speed exceeding 150kW.
