New Kids on the Block Extend Las Vegas Residency through 2026
Las Vegas fans will have even more opportunities to experience New Kids on the Block’s “The Right Stuff” residency, as the group announced today they are adding shows through 2026 at the Dolby Live at Park MGM. The extension follows the overwhelming success of their current run, which began in june 2023, and demonstrates the enduring appeal of the iconic boy band.
The residency has become a phenomenon,captivating audiences with its high-energy performances and unique fan engagement. “Truly magical,” Donnie Wahlberg said in a statement. ”The energy in that room each night – the lights, the lasers, flying up to the balcony to see all our Blockheads dancing and singing along – is so far beyond anything we’ve ever done before. Vegas has been so welcoming to us, we couldn’t leave just yet! We are having the absolute best time and are so excited and honored to be asked to extend our stay here at the Dolby through 2026.”
tickets for the newly announced shows will become available through a tiered pre-sale system. Fan Club pre-sale begins Monday at 10 a.m. PT, followed by Citi cardmember access at noon PT on Monday via the Citi Entertainment program. Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers can access a pre-sale starting Tuesday at 10 a.m.PT, and MGM Rewards members will have access beginning Nov.20 at 10 a.m. PT. All pre-sales conclude Nov. 20 at 10 p.m. PT, with the general on-sale launching Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. PT. A limited number of tickets for previously announced performances are currently on sale.
Beyond the music, the residency features a playful commitment ceremony between the band and their devoted fanbase, affectionately known as ”Blockheads.” During each show, Wahlberg leads the group and audience in vows, jokingly “forsaking all other boy bands - that means *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, O-Town, One Direction, all of them.” The band also exchanged vows with each other during the residency’s debut in june, solidifying their bond with their fans.
