Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts to Receive New multi-Sport Mini-Field Thanks to Montreal Impact Foundation
Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts will soon be home to a new multi-sport mini-field, thanks to a commitment from the Montreal Impact Foundation to build 10 such facilities across Quebec. The announcement, made on April 15, designates Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts as one of two municipalities to receive a field in 2025.
This project aims to address a critical need for accessible sporting infrastructure in underserved communities, encouraging youth participation in physical activity and fostering social inclusion. The new mini-field in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts will join previously announced locations in Les Coteaux, Val-des-Bois, and Longueuil, contributing to the Foundation’s broader goal of improving the quality of life for children and families.
As its establishment in 2013,the Montreal Impact Foundation has actively engaged in community development, focusing on providing sports facilities that promote healthy lifestyles and social integration. The Foundation’s work extends beyond infrastructure, encompassing activities designed to support children and families in need.More data about the Foundation can be found at fondation.impactmontreal.com/en.
