norwegian Dealer Sells Luxury Cars Worth Over Half a Billion, Driven by McLaren and Lotus Demand
Oslo, Norway – Bymedhus, a norwegian car dealership, has reported record sales, exceeding half a billion kroner in luxury car revenue. The surge is fueled by strong demand for brands like McLaren and, increasingly, Lotus, following Bymedhus’ acquisition of the latter earlier this year.
The dealership has seen meaningful growth in McLaren registrations, with 34 vehicles currently registered in Norway, though the actual number sold to Norwegian customers may be higher due to potential overseas purchases. This success comes as Bymedhus expands its portfolio, aiming to offer a diverse range of luxury vehicles.”Lotus is exciting – and we now see that we get some of these sold, too,” stated dealer representative Abrahamsen. “So this is a brand we believe in the future, too. We are committed to being able to offer a lot different, and we really have the opportunity to do so.”
The McLaren 750s Spider, boasting over 750 horsepower in a car weighing under 1.4 tonnes, exemplifies the high-performance vehicles driving sales. Bymedhus’ success reflects a growing market for luxury automobiles in Norway, despite economic fluctuations.
