NDCL’s Brooke Dynes Dominates 100 Breaststroke at Hilltopper invite
Chardon,OH – Notre Dame-cathedral Latin’s Brooke Dynes delivered a commanding performance in the 100-meter breaststroke,securing the championship title at the Hilltopper Invite on November 29,2025. Dynes finished with a time of 1:07.88, establishing herself as a force in Northeast Ohio swimming.
The Hilltopper Invite, a key meet for area high school swimmers, showcased talent from Chagrin Falls, Chardon, and other regional schools. Dynes’ victory signals a strong start to the season for the NDCL panthers and positions her as a contender for postseason success. Other notable performances included Chardon’s Briella hewitt winning both the 100 fly (1:00.65) and 50 fly (27.52), and Chagrin Falls’ Noah publicover taking the 100 free (49.89). Catherine Eagar of Chagrin Falls secured second place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:02.51, while Toby Rogers from Chardon finished second in the 50 backstroke (25.42).
