Avamere Rehab of Lebanon, located at 350 8th St., Lebanon, OR 97355, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team! We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions, with openings on Evening (2p-10p) and NOC (10p-6a) shifts. PRN options are also available across all shifts.

Your Responsibilities as a CNA:
* Provide personalized care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
* Regularly check on residents to ensure their personal care needs are met.
* Review and implement changes to resident care plans as directed.
* Communicate any changes in a resident’s condition to the nursing supervisor.
* Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for programs and appointments.
* Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment for our residents.
* Maintain resident confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
* Participate in facility surveys as requested.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: 10th grade education or higher.
* Certification: Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Oregon.
* Dialog: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
* Skills: Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
* Passion: A genuine passion for caregiving and improving the quality of life for our residents.
