SALT LAKE CITY – The Church of jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will hold a worldwide broadcast on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 1 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time, to announce a reorganization of its First Presidency. The announcement will be made live from Temple Square in Salt Lake City.
This broadcast is of importance to members worldwide as the First Presidency-comprised of the President of the Church and his two counselors-provides spiritual leadership to the global membership.The Church’s leadership structure centers on revelation received through a prophet, guided by apostles. The upcoming announcement will detail changes to this foundational governing body.
