Health officials are emphasizing the importance of reinforcing hygiene protocols within schools, particularly as the school year nears its end and student interaction increases. Recommended actions include practicing good respiratory hygiene,increasing sanitation of shared spaces,and avoiding close contact with individuals exhibiting symptoms.
Chickenpox is a highly contagious viral condition, but health authorities say it is manageable with known and accessible protocols.
