Mount Pleasant, Mich. – The Central Michigan Football Coaches Show will broadcast its eighth installment of the season tonight,featuring Head Coach Matt Drinkall and key players,offering fans an inside look ahead of Saturday’s Homecoming game.
The hour-long show, presented by Fabiano Brothers, is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET at Ascend Sports Bar & Lounge within the Soaring Eagle Casino. Drinkall will be joined by Director of Analytics Nolan Jones, sophomore defensive back Jaion Jackson, and senior tight end Henry Dryden.Hosted by the Voice of the Chippewas, Adam Jaksa, and CMU Chippewas sports network radio color commentator Brock Gutierrez, the show provides analysis of the upcoming opponent – massachusetts – and a review of the Chippewas’ recent performance.
Fans can attend the free event in person at the Ascend Sports Bar & Lounge (located at the back of the main floor) or tune in live on WUPS 98.5-FM or via the CMU Athletics app. The show generally takes place on thursdays or two days prior to game day.
The remaining 2025 schedule, as of October 23, 2025, includes: Thursday, Oct. 30 (at Western Michigan); Monday, Nov. 10 (vs. Buffalo); Monday, nov. 17 (at Kent State); and a final show date to be announced before the November 29 game at Toledo.The schedule is subject to change.
