Fabio Fazio Secures Exclusive Interview with Bruce Springsteen Ahead of Nebraska ’82 Release
ROME – Bruce Springsteen will be a guest on Fabio Fazio’s Che Tempo Che Fa this Sunday, October 19th, offering an intimate look into the creation of his seminal 1982 album, Nebraska. The appearance coincides with the release of Nebraska ’82: expanded Edition on October 24th, and a new film directed by Scott Cooper, based on Warren Zanes’ book, focusing on the album’s genesis.
The film, produced by The Walt Disney Company Italia, isn’t a customary biography, but rather a portrait of a pivotal moment in Springsteen’s career – the solitary recording of Nebraska on a four-track recorder in his New Jersey bedroom. Actor Jeremy Allen White, who portrays Springsteen in the film, expressed initial hesitation due to the artist’s iconic status, but accepted after being assured by Springsteen himself.”Bruce wants you to do it,” Cooper reportedly told him. White described the work as an “interpretation…at a crossroads in life,” adding, “When I listen Nebraska I feel understood.”
Che Tempo Che Fa will air on NOVE and stream on Discovery+ at 7:30 PM on sunday, October 19th.
