Dallas, TX – Grainger, a leading broadline supplier of products to businesses and professionals, is seeking a Branch Sales Associate for its Dallas, Texas location.the position, reporting to the Store Manager, focuses on providing solutions to walk-in customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
The branch Sales Associate will manage the complete customer experience – from product selection and order entry to safely picking and loading purchases.Responsibilities also include preparing will-call orders, handling backorders, stocking inventory, merchandising, performing inventory counts, and maintaining branch housekeeping to Grainger standards. the role requires proficiency in navigating computer systems for both customer service and warehouse tasks, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Candidates must be flexible to work within branch operating hours and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, with the ability to operate powered industrial equipment after training.
