Azuki Manga Service to Rebrand as Omoi,Expands Publishing Initiatives
Digital manga service Azuki announced today it will rebrand as Omoi,signaling a broadened scope for the company beyond its streaming platform. The change, effective immediately, accompanies an increased focus on print publishing through strategic partnerships adn a growing library of licensed titles.
Omoi aims to become a comprehensive manga ecosystem, catering to both digital readers and collectors. This evolution addresses the increasing demand for physical manga editions alongside the convenience of digital access.The rebrand reflects Omoi’s commitment to delivering a wider range of manga experiences to fans, and positions the company for continued growth in a competitive market.
Currently,Omoi offers digital access to series including Mitsuko’s Case Files,Natsume & Natsume,and You’re So Sloppy,hotta-sensei,alongside hundreds of othre manga titles within its app. The company is also actively releasing print editions of popular series like Hikaru in the Light and mecha-Ude: mechanical Arms, and forthcoming titles Crescent moon Marching and Our Aimless Nights.
These print editions are made possible through collaborations with Scholastic’s Graphix imprint and Penguin Random House’s Ink Pop. Our Aimless Nights is slated for release by Ink Pop in Summer 2026. Omoi plans to announce further licensing agreements in the future.
