Omaha Mourns the Loss of Ann Hickey, Beloved Community Member
omaha, NE – Ann Hickey, a woman remembered for her unwavering faith, kindness, and passion for giving, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, at the age of 66. Her loss is deeply felt by her family, friends, and the wider Omaha community.
Ann Hickey’s life exemplified grace and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Dave Hickey, and her sisters, Rebecca and Sara. Several nieces and nephews also mourn her passing. A party of her life will be held, offering an opportunity for the community to honor her memory and the values she embodied.
Born November 16, 1958, Ann found joy in cooking and baking, frequently enough sharing her creations with others. Her deep christian faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her.
A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Wednesday,October 15,2025,at 11:00 AM at West Center Chapel.A private family interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
