NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Titans have fired head coach Brian Callahan after a disappointing 1-5 start to the 2025 NFL season,the team announced Monday. callahan’s tenure with the Titans was marked by offensive struggles and fan discontent. Hired in 2023 following the dismissal of Mike Vrabel, he failed to replicate Vrabel’s success in leading the team to AFC South division titles. Callahan ceded playcalling responsibilities to quarterbacks coach bo Hardegree last month in an attempt to spark the offense, but the move proved insufficient.
A particularly damaging loss came in Week 4, a 26-0 shutout at the hands of the Houston Texans, a fellow winless team at the time.
