Columbia, Mo. – The Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team hosts No. 19 Vanderbilt Wednesday night at Mizzou Arena, with tip-off scheduled for 8 p.m. CT on SEC Network, according to a release from the University of Missouri.

Missouri enters the contest with a 17-8 overall record and a 7-5 mark in Southeastern Conference play. The Tigers are coming off a Saturday loss to Texas, which halted a three-game winning streak. Vanderbilt boasts a 21-4 record and is ranked No. 19 in the Associated Press poll and No. 18 in the coaches poll. The Commodores have won their last two games and are 8-4 in SEC competition.

Senior Mark Mitchell leads Missouri in scoring, averaging 17.2 points per game, alongside 5.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists. Jayden Stone contributes 14.9 points, while Jacob Crews adds 10.2 points per game. Trent Pierce and Anthony Robinson II also score in double figures, with 9.7 and 9.0 points respectively. The Tigers average 80.0 points per game while allowing 74.3.

Vanderbilt is led by Tyler Tanner, who averages 18.3 points and 5.4 assists per game. Duke Miles (16.6 points), Tyler Nickel (14.8 points), and Devin McGlockton (10.2 points) also contribute significantly to the Commodores’ offense. McGlockton is the team’s leading rebounder, averaging 6.9 per game.

Wednesday’s game is designated as throwback night at Mizzou Arena. Students attending the game will receive breakaway pants as a giveaway, according to the university.
