From September 1, 2024, representatives of the City of Rennes, Rennes Métropole and CCAS working in sensitive neighborhoods have received a bonus of 50 euros total per month. So there will be almost 300 agents whose action is mainly in the areas of Villejean, Maurepas, Cleunay, Bréquigny – Champs Manceaux – Les Clôteaux and Le Blosne, or “directly exposed to negligence by the public” of these priority areas are updated. , celebrating the community in a press release.

A bonus of 35 euros total per month on average

The implementation of this benefit is part of a more comprehensive plan for the promotion of community agents. The agreement, signed by three unions (CFDT, FO, CGT / UGICT-CGT) out of four (Did not sign) provides for a monthly bonus for all representatives, departments B and C on January 1, 2025, and A on January 1, 2026. “This revaluation will allow an average monthly benefit of 35 euros total for categories B and C, then a gradual increase, around one hundred euros total a to arrive in 2027, all sectors together,” specifies the community. Early childhood professionals will receive a bonus of 100 euros net per month from January 1 as part of the Attractive Bonus.

“We would like this bonus to be more important, especially for the lowest salaries, those in category C, it is not enough, but we see that communities have made an effort to promote their agents in a very uncertain financial situation. context,” adds the CFDT. For the three communities, this agreement represents a commitment of 6.5 million euros.
