The Woodlands Methodist Church Breaks Ground on New Montgomery & Woodforest Campuses

October 6, 2024 – The Woodlands, TX – The Woodlands Methodist Church celebrated the commencement of construction for its new campuses in Montgomery and Woodforest with groundbreaking events held October 4th and 5th.
Expansion Plans Underway
The aspiring projects are a collaborative effort between the Woodlands Methodist Church, Cosmati Architects, and Brookstone Construction. Construction is slated to begin in late 2025,with completion anticipated by the end of 2026.
The new Church at Montgomery will be strategically located at the intersection of Clepper and C.B.Stewart drives.The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by prominent local figures, including Montgomery Mayor Sara Countryman and State Representative Steve Toth (R-The Woodlands).
The Woodforest campus expansion will significantly enhance the church’s capacity, featuring an enlarged worship space and a dedicated new education building. This new facility will house classrooms designed to serve children, students, and adults.
Additional Campus Locations
In addition to the new campuses, The Woodlands Methodist Church currently maintains locations at 2200 lake Woodlands Drive and 8555 Creekside Green Drive, both in The Woodlands.
