New Tracking Mechanism Deployed to Monitor User Engagement
A new JavaScript code snippet has been implemented on the website, designed to track user interactions and perhaps trigger specific functionalities based on consent management. The code checks for user status related to vendor ID 42 through the Didomi platform. If the user’s status permits,a function named `taboola_loader()` is executed.
Additionally, the website now includes a mechanism to detect the presence of a specific cookie, “REGMARCA.” Upon finding this cookie, an invisible iframe is created and injected into the page. This iframe loads a URL from doubleclick.net, which appears to be configured for activity tracking, incorporating a random number to ensure uniqueness in each instance.
Furthermore, the site has integrated Facebook’s SDK for JavaScript. This integration allows for the rendering of Facebook social plugins and the retrieval of user login status. The SDK is loaded asynchronously to avoid blocking page rendering. The script is configured to use specific app IDs and language settings, indicating a focus on user engagement and data collection through the Facebook platform.
