New CineArt Theater Opens in Diamond Mountain

Movie buffs in Kowloon East, Hong Kong, now have a new destination: Film Art Theater launched CineArt Hollywood on July 12 in Diamond Hill’s Holy Holly Plaza, boasting advanced technology and a wide range of cinematic experiences.

A New Cinematic Experience

CineArt Hollywood offers six screens with approximately 1,600 seats, establishing itself as the largest cinema in the area. Located on the third floor of Holy Holly Plaza, this new theater covers around 38,000 square feet. The cinema features advanced NEC 4K projection and enhanced audio systems aiming to create an immersive experience for moviegoers.

Beyond showing a variety of movies, CineArt Hollywood will host themed screenings such as parent-child events and animation specials, seeking to establish a multifaceted entertainment and cultural hub. According to a recent study by the Motion Picture Association, cinema attendance is steadily increasing, with global box office revenue reaching $33.9 billion in 2023, demonstrating the continued demand for theatrical experiences (Motion Picture Association).
