Macarena Gastaldo has reportedly won 50,000 soles on the Peruvian television show “el valor de la verdad” (The Value of Truth), becoming the second participant this season to achieve the maximum prize. The show features contestants answering a series of personal questions, with their veracity determined by a polygraph.
Gastaldo faced 21 questions covering a range of topics, including alleged relationships and conflicts with various public figures. Notably, she was asked about her involvement with footballers Christian Cueva, Jefferson Farfán, Nicolás otamendi, and Sebastián Villa, as well as other personalities such as Flavia Laos, Austin Palao, Paula Manzanal, Jamila Dahabreh, Shirley Arica, and Nicola Porcella. The questions delved into accusations of betrayal, assault, fights, and romantic encounters.
One question, concerning an alleged incident with footballer Sebastián Villa, could not be broadcast due to a judicial provision. Another question about Gianluca Lapadula resulted in Gastaldo hitting the red button, indicating a lie, before the question could be fully processed.The show’s format requires contestants to answer truthfully to progress and win the prize money.
