However, the perseverance and determination of its protagonists has allowed the diner to continue enjoying himself unique experiences and the excellence of a world-class gastronomy.
In this sense, TheFork, the platform associated with Tripadvisor, did not want to fail to recognize the work and quality of restaurants in Spain for another year through its TOP100 2021, a reference ranking in the gastronomic sector which is chosen by the diners themselves who book, enjoy and share your opinion with the rest.
And in its latest edition Can Jubany, chef Nandu Jubany’s restaurant in Calldetenes (Barcelona) is at the top of the list. An idyllic restaurant in a farmhouse, recognized with a Michelin star, which focuses on traditional recipes with a touch of innovation. “For the whole team.
