Brooks Koepka will return to Memorial Park Golf Course in Houston, Texas, for the 2026 Texas Children’s Houston Open, marking his first appearance at the course since assisting with its design alongside Tom Doak. The tournament, a FedEx Cup event, is scheduled for March 26-29, 2026, and will feature a 135-player field competing for a $9.9 million purse.
Koepka previously competed at Memorial Park in 2020, finishing fifth. He joins defending champion Min Woo Lee, Rickie Fowler, and Shane Lowry as headliners for the event, hosted by the Astros Golf Foundation. The tournament will offer 500 FedEx Cup points and 50 Official World Golf Ranking points to the winner.
The field includes Scottie Scheffler, among others, and currently boasts 20 players ranked within the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking. An alternate list, led by Danny Willett and Jimmy Stanger, is prepared to replace any players who withdraw before the tournament begins. Two Monday qualifiers will complete the field.
This year’s tournament also introduces the “Texas Children’s Cleats for Kids” initiative, a fundraising effort aimed at raising awareness and funds for pediatric health at Texas Children’s Hospital. Golf pros will wear specially designed cleats during the tournament to support the cause.
The 2026 Texas Children’s Houston Open is the 12th tournament of the 2026 PGA Tour schedule. The tournament entry deadline has passed, finalizing the player list.
