Terror Announce New Album STILL SUFFER & Stream Title Track | Consequence
Hardcore punk band Terror has announced the release of their ninth studio album, STILL SUFFER, set to arrive on April 24th through Flatspot Records. The announcement comes with the release of the album’s title track, a forceful example of the band’s signature sound.
The song “STILL SUFFER” builds to a particularly intense breakdown around the one-minute-and-fifty-second mark, punctuated by the distinctive vocals of frontman Scott Vogel, according to a statement from the band.
Production of STILL SUFFER was led by Todd Jones, a former guitarist for Terror, with additional production function handled by Taylor Young at The Pit Recording Studio. Jon Markson oversaw mixing, whereas Brad Boatright at Audiosieg mastered the album. Vocal engineering was completed by Jay Zubricky at GCR Audio, and drum engineering took place at Studio 606 with Taylor Young and Oliver Roman.
The album features a range of guest vocalists, adding further depth to its sound. Jay Peta of Mindforce appears on “Beauty in the Losses,” while Brody King of God’s Hate and Dan Seely of King Nine contribute to “Deconstruct It.” Hot Water Music’s Chuck Ragan lends his voice to “Fear the Panic,” a track co-produced by Chad Gilbert of Recent Found Glory.
Terror will embark on a headlining tour in February and March, beginning this Thursday in Toledo, Ohio. A video accompanying the release of “STILL SUFFER” showcases footage from the band’s recent tour through Latin America, offering a preview of the energy fans can expect at the upcoming shows.
