cowabunga! Magic: Teh Gathering and Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles Commander Decks Revealed
Wizards of the Coast has unveiled the Turtle Power! Commander decks, bringing the heroes in a half shell to the world of Magic: The Gathering. Releasing worldwide on March 6, 2026, these ready-to-play 100-card decks offer a unique gameplay experience centered around the Teenage mutant ninja Turtles‘ iconic team dynamic, leveraging the Partner commander ability to allow players to combine the strengths of two legendary creatures.
The Turtle Power! Commander decks cater to both Magic veterans and newcomers, offering a thematic and strategically engaging way to experience the crossover. Each deck features a face commander – Leonardo, the Balance – and allows players to select a second commander from a pool of five featured characters: Splinter, the mentor; Raphael, the Muscle; Michelangelo, the Heart; and Heroes in a Half Shell. This Partner mechanic emphasizes the collaborative spirit of the Turtles, allowing for diverse deckbuilding and gameplay strategies.
Each Turtle Power! Commander deck includes:
* 1 Traditional foil face commander with borderless art
* 5 Traditional foil featured commanders with borderless art
* 94 Non-foil cards
* 10 Double-sided tokens or punch-out counters
* 1 Deck box
