HONG KONGโ – Hong Kong andโฃ parts of southern China are working to recover after Typhoon Ragasa brought widespread flooding and disruption,with clean-up efforts underway and transport gradually returning to normal.
The โขpowerful stormโ caused huge waves โto crash over eastern and southern shorelines in Hongโค Kong on Wednesday, submerging โroads and residential properties.
