Bollywood musical โฃ’Love โขin Vietnam‘ Securesโข Landmark 10,000-Screen release in China
The upcoming Bollywood โคmusical romance “Love in โVietnam” has landed a significant โคinternational distribution deal, securing a release across 10,000 screens in China for a Christmas 2025 rollout.Shanghai YCโ Media and Film acquired the distributionโข rights for the film,marking a majorโ milestone for โIndian cinema in the Chinese market.
The film, directedโฃ by Rahat Shah Kazmi and starring Shantanu Maheshwari, Avneet Kaur, Vietnamese actor kha Gnan, and Bollywood veterans โขFarida Jalal and Raj Babbar, is a rare cinematic collaboration between โขIndia and Vietnam. It’s set to release โคin India on September 12th.โข The China deal โฃwas โfinalized even prior toโค the Indianโ theatrical debut, a move โคdirector kazmi calls “historic.”
“‘Love in Vietnam’ has โคbeen a dream project. We have put our heart and โฃsoul into this film, and it is trulyโข aโ matter of pride asโ we have created historyโ by acquiring 10,000 โscreens in China even before our Indiaโค release,” said Kazmi.
The film was shot across locations in Vietnam andโ Punjab, india,โ and is produced by Captain Rahul Bali, Blue Lotusโค Pictures, โขInnovations India, โRahat Kazmi Film Studios, Andโ productions, Zebaish Entertainment, โTariq Khan Productions, โMango Tree Entertainment, โand Samten Hills, Dalat.
Umesh โคKumar Bansal, CBO of Zee Studios, emphasized the film’s globalโ appeal, stating, “‘Love in Vietnam’ is a touching love story โขand aโ film that we truly believe โin. Love โis something that transcends across countries โand continents and ‘Love in Vietnam’ perfectly does that.โค The โฃfilm shall release in China across 10,000 screens during Christmas 2025 which is historic.”
