The brainteaser, created by Northerner, features a design incorporating multiple shapes, requiring sharp focus and attention to detail to uncover all hidden figures.
According to Dr. Avena, assistant professor of neuroscience at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and visiting professor of health psychology at Princeton University, while the effectiveness of brain training games is debated, exercises like these “keep your mind fresh and alert.” She adds that practicing and repeating these mental tasks “can help improve response time and sharpness.”
The puzzle joins a growing trend of online brainteasers designed to stimulate cognitive function and provide a rapid mental workout.
