The 32nd Summer University Games, also known as the FISU World University Games 2025, officially commenced in Germany from July 16th to July 27th, 2025. This international sports festival brings together over 150 university athletes from across the globe.
Germany is hosting the event,with competitions spread across five key cities in the Rhine-Ruhr region: bochum,Duisburg,Essen,Hagen,and Mรผlheim an der ruhr.Additionally, some sporting events will take place in the nation’s capital.
A total of 18 sports are featured in this year’s Games, encompassing 15 distinct disciplines:
