Russian Attacks on Ukraine Intensify: Dnipro Hit Hard, NATO Summit Looms

A barrage of russian attacks across Ukraine has resulted in numerous casualties and widespread damage, with the city of Dnipro bearing the brunt of the assault. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andrij Sybiha, condemned the attacks on Dnipro as a “message of terror” and a rejection of peace, coinciding with the NATO summit in The Hague. He urged Ukraine’s allies to increase pressure on Moscow.

Drone Attacks on Moscow

A Ukrainian drone struck a residential building near Moscow, injuring two people. the drone caused a fire on the 17th floor of the building in Krasnogorsk, west of the capital, according to regional governor Andrej Worobjow. The russian Ministry of Defense reported that nine drones were destroyed over the border regions of Kursk and Bryansk.

Earlier Attacks on Kyiv and Odessa

Prior to these events, Russian attacks on Kyiv and the Odessa region resulted in at least 13 deaths, including a child in Kyiv. The ukrainian Air Force reported shooting down 339 of 352 drones and 15 of 16 rockets in attacks targeting four regions.
