Met รireann has issued a statusโค yellow rain warning โขfor Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, and Waterford, effective from 5.25am to 3pm on Friday. โฃThe warning cites potential localized flooding, poor visibility, and challenging travel conditions.
Outbreaks of rainโ are forecast across Ireland onโค Friday, becoming drier โขand brighter in the westโ andโ southeast during theโฃ afternoon. However, rain will likelyโ persistโค throughout much of the day in east Munster โฃand south and east โLeinster, โฃwith temperatures potentially reaching 18 degrees.
The weekend is expected toโฃ bring mixed โconditions. Saturday โwillโ begin mostly cloudy in the east and south, brighteningโค as theโ afternoonโ progresses. The west and โคnorth will be mainly โฃdry initially, โbut cloudier conditions withโ showers – and a chance of isolated thunderstormsโ – will spread from the northwest throughoutโข the day. Temperaturesโค on Saturday are predicted โฃto range fromโ 13 to 16 degrees.
Sunday will be cooler and brighter with sunny spellsโ and scattered showers, โprimarily in the northโค and northwest. โTemperatures will be between 11 andโข 14 degrees.
