The Black Qurna incident revealed the fragility of the security situation on the Lebanese scene, and the ease of exploitation of the fifth column, and the suspicious hands of these conditions and their access to various security possibilities, according to foreign agendas that still target the country’s security and unity, and blow the poisons of division and federalism.

The moment the body of the victim, Haitham Touq, arrived at the hospital in Bsharri, tension prevailed in the region, the pre-prepared souls were charged, and calls for general alert were issued. On the other hand, the people of Al-Danniyeh were surprised by the dangerous incident, and its political, social and popular references unanimously condemned and accused the Fifth Column of it.

The army hastily combed the area and reinforced its patrols, which resulted in curbing all possible bombing attempts, and worked to control the situation, accompanied by a stream of statements of denunciation and denunciation of the crime by the people and leaders of Al-Danniyeh, and solidarity with the families of the two victims. The struggle over this highest peak in Lebanon stems from the fact that it is one of the most important aquifers of water in Lebanon, benefiting the sons of Bsharri and Danniyeh.

The region has also witnessed a number of security incidents for a while, accompanied by sectarian attacks on social media and a torrent of debates and threats, the most dangerous of which are the statements of some political and partisan references. Some of the events took on a security dimension that would have developed had it not been for the army’s intervention, including the attack on the water “cauldrons” that the farmers of Jard al-Najas benefit from in the Dannieh district to irrigate their agricultural lands, and then the occurrence of attacks on water refrigerators in Bsharri, and every time the situation was tense to the limits bang.

Several years ago, the Lebanese government established the Lake Atara project to benefit from groundwater to irrigate agricultural lands. But suddenly the process of completing the project came to a halt.

Months ago, a herd of cattle belonging to farmers from Dunniyeh was shot at, then showers of bullets came from citizens from Dunniyeh while they were inspecting their lands, leading to yesterday’s crime that almost took the region and the country with it into the dark unknown.

The awareness and wisdom of the security and political leaders led to controlling the decline and stopping it, and taking it towards the path of justice, where investigations are underway to uncover the circumstances and arrest the perpetrators, especially since the statements of Al-Danniyeh and Bishri converged on pulling the fuse for the explosion and nipping the sedition in its infancy, but it does not absolve the caretaker government of the responsibility of finding solutions to the conflict. Al-Maqdisi clarified that he has nothing to do with any analysis or audio recording, calling on the concerned authorities to reveal the identity of the person who recorded that audio clip, during which he claimed that the information was taken from him, and he said: “That recording was accompanied by lack of professionalism and omission of some medical matters And it has spread on all sites like wildfire with all its inaccuracies and lies, and accordingly, I received a lot of calls from many quarters, including a female media person, asking for an explanation about what was reported from me, which made me compelled to clarify the confusion publicly and clearly within a purely medical approach. “.
Al-Maqdisi pointed out that he has been practicing the profession in Bsharri since 2005, and added: “All the people of the region know me well, and I know them and consider myself part of them.”

And he added, “Summoning a second forensic doctor to examine the body and convince him to re-perform an x-ray after the examination was completed, proved categorically the validity of what I had requested from the position of medical responsibility only.”

He continued: “I am interested in clarifying that this approach was purely medical and from a position of responsibility, and there are no intentions or interpretations, and this has nothing to do with the course of the investigation or the party involved in the Black Qurna crime, which we leave to the judiciary and the security services to uncover as quickly as possible.”

And he concluded: “I am interested in repeating and stressing that this issue is only medical, and I hope that it will be put in its correct framework and not be exploited to weave hypotheses and lies about how the crime occurred or mislead the investigation in a certain direction, and all I meant in the interview that I conducted during the day is that the data that was reached It changes the view of the mechanism adopted to carry out the crime only without any other analyzes or explanations.
