The unfolding events began with the man climbing onto the hood of a vehicle before wholly disrobing and running naked through the streets. Witnesses reported he physically attacked individuals as he ran, prompting shopkeepers and customers to barricade themselves inside businesses for safety. A vehicle mechatronics technician and another eyewitness intervened, using a warning triangle to deter the man until police arrived.
According to reports from Bild, this is not the first instance of the man allegedly making threats while naked, raising concerns among locals about his mental state and potential for future incidents. Following his arrest, the 36-year-old was admitted to a specialist clinic. Residents fear he may be released soon.
