AC Milan Secures Luka Modrić on a Multi-Year Deal
AC Milan has officially announced the signing of veteran midfielder Luka modrić, marking a significant acquisition for the Italian club. The 39-year-old croatian international has agreed to terms with the Rossoneri, with his contract set to run until June 30, 2026, adn includes an option for a further year’s extension through June 30, 2027.

Modrić joins AC Milan after a distinguished tenure with Real Madrid, where he spent 13 years after his arrival in 2012. during his time in the Spanish capital, Modrić amassed 597 appearances, contributing 43 goals and 97 assists. His trophy cabinet boasts an impressive 28 titles, including four La Liga championships and six UEFA Champions League crowns. His individual accolades include the prestigious 2018 Ballon d’Or, a testament to his status as one of the era’s premier midfielders, breaking the duopoly of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the coveted award.
