He emphasized the remarkable progress in Vietnam-China relations and announced Vietnam’s preparations for the inaugural meeting of the interparliamentary Commission between the two countries. President Mรขn extended an invitation to Zhao Leji to co-preside over this crucial event in Vietnam.
