Carolina Gynning’s life at the new farm: “Longing for home” | Melodifestivalen

On Saturday evening, Carolina Gynning makes herself at home at Melloscenen together with Carina Berg and Christine Meltzer. And at home in Stockholm has made himself at home on the new farm in Ekerö.

She tells Expressen that she misses home when she is away.

– I’ve got horses now and I’ve had my girlhood dream of living on a farm and having horses, says Carolina Gynning.

But having a whole farm to look after is a lot of work. That is why she is grateful for boyfriend Viktor Philipsson.

– Then it’s so good that I have such a great guy who can help a lot. So it feels great, she says and continues:

– Now we live more or less together actually.

Previously, the couple had lived separately. However, they still have an apartment in central Stockholm where they sometimes spend nights apart.

Carolina Gynning says that even though it feels like home on the new farm, there is still a lot to fix.

– So on a farm there are always a thousand things to fix. So I don’t think you ever really finish, but you keep going all your life, I think. To make it better and better. There is always something breaking or breaking or about to. So you simply have to struggle, she says with a smile.

Carolina Gynning sold her hippie home on Ekerö and bought a 19th-century farm, also on Ekerö.

The land around the farm is four hectares in size with several associated islands.

The final price for Carolina Gynning’s farm landed at around SEK 18 million.

Hosts the third part of the competition

On Saturday evening, competition three was held in Vida arena in Växjö and together with Carina Berg and Christine Meltzer, Carolina Gynning was on stage.

How much control have you had over what to do and say?

– I haven’t had much control over that. I think it’s quite nice that someone just says “Now you say this and do this and it will be fun”, says Carolina Gynning and laughs.

During Friday’s rehearsal, Gynning sat down next to Gunilla Persson in the Green room and joked about her dancers who are dressed as cowboys.

– No, but I just felt that, oh my god, Gunilla told me that she was single. And she has so many lovely cowboys in her gang. So I felt that there we have to put in a bump, she jokes.

They went on in Mello

On to the final: Jacqline and Cazzi Opeia

Qualifiers: Gunilla Persson and Klaudy

Went out: Klara Klingenström and Kim Cesarion

Gozzi registered as songwriter for Mellolåten – but not Fröken Snusk | Melodifestivalen

Miss Snusk broke through with “Ride me like a Dala horse” together with Rasmus Gozzi. It is also he who is behind the phenomenon Miss Snusk.

But when the artist was to compete in Melodifestivalen, it was without Rasmus Gozzi.

– It is her turn to show what she can do and I think it will go well, he told Expressen.

But now Aftonbladet writes that until Tuesday, the song “Young and free” had not been registered by Ms. Snusk herself as a songwriter. Instead, Sara Ryan, André Zuniga-Asplund and Rasmus Gozzi were registered as authors.

However, that changed after Aftonbladet contacted Ms. Snusk’s press officer Jessica W Sandberg, who stated that there had been a misregistration on the part of the music publisher.

Stim’s press spokesperson Eric Aronson tells Aftonbladet that it is not normal for such a change to be registered with the copyright organization.

– It is not common to make changes, and if you do make changes, it is usually to add a person – not to replace people. During the Melodifestivalen, Miss Snusk and Sara Ryan have been presented as the authors of the song, and as a result, “Young & Free” has been the only song in the entire starting field that only has female songwriters.

Miss Snusk’s entry came in fourth place in the competition in Gothenburg last weekend. Whether the epadunk queen advances to the finals will be decided in the fifth part of the competition in Karlstad, when the artists who have qualified for the finals will settle for the last places.

Miss Snusk: Was sexually molested during Mello | Melodifestivalen

by Chief editor of world-today-news.com February 11, 2024
written by Chief editor of world-today-news.com

After Ms. Snusk’s performance during Friday’s Mellogenrep, Melodifestivalen’s project manager Anders Wistbacka gathered together with the artist’s PR manager and several guards in a meeting.

An “incident” must have happened around the artist, but both SVT and the artist’s team were tight-lipped about what. Information later came that a drunken man had entered Ms. Snusk’s green room, which SVT later confirmed.

“Shocked and saddened”

Now the epa artist herself is commenting on the incident, via her PR manager Jessica W Sandberg. A man who did not belong to her team came first and sat down next to Miss Snusk, she says.

“When she then comes back to the lodges before her performance, we learn that the man sexually molested Fröken. We were, as you can understand, extremely upset. SVT immediately took this very seriously”she writes in a comment to Expressen.

Jessica W Sandberg does not want to comment on whether Miss Snusk has or will report the incident to the police.

After the incident, Ms. Snusk was “shaken and sad”, writes Jessica W Sandberg, but was still able to carry out the retraining.

SVT: “No lack of security”

Anders Wistbacka, project manager for Melodifestivalen, says in a comment that what happened is “unacceptable”. The person in question would not have been in the green room at the time, according to him.

“But there was no lack of security as the person had the correct accreditation to be there. This was a shortcoming in the editorial work that we have corrected”he says.

SVT’s security staff acted immediately and the person lost his accreditation and had to leave the arena, according to Anders Wistbacka.

Nor does SVT want to comment on a possible police report.

The municipality’s middle manager Charles Koroma aims for the stars like C-Joe | Melodifestivalen

Charles Koroma, who is a municipal manager on weekdays, is competing this weekend in Melodifestivalen as C-Joe.

The whole idea for “Ahumma” is to spread Afrobeats to the Swedish people. 32-year-old Charles Koroma came to Sweden from Sierra Leone as an eleven-year-old and has lived with music all his life.

But the fact that he would be in Melodifestivalen was far from predetermined. Rather than investing wholeheartedly in music, Charles Koroma, or C-Joe as he also calls himself, has trained as a sociologist and built a civil career in Vallentuna municipality.

– I get to be Charles Koroma, sociologist, Monday to Friday while I’m an artist on the weekends, he says and continues:

– I think it works very well. I know it’s a big contrast and people are shocked, but at the same time, I’ve always been into music, no matter what I’ve been working on.

Have taken vacation for Melodifestivalen

Eight years ago, he started at the Social Administration in Vallentuna municipality. And there he has remained.

– My nine-to-five job, it’s fun. It’s like any other person’s job. I’ve been doing it since 2016, so I know it – I’m the boss.

Several of his colleagues will be on site in Gothenburg today.

– They have always known that I was involved in music.

Ahead of Melodifestivalen’s second competition, he has taken a week off – and should a need to be off before March arise, there should be no difficulties for him to solve it.

– I have a good dialogue with my boss, there are no strange things.

Criticism of Miss Snusk in Mello: “Family program” | Melodifestivalen

Miss Snusk says she has been very saddened by the comments on social media questioning her participation in Mello.

With song lyrics such as “Ride me as a dala horse” and “Jag villl ha harda tag, ge mig strypsex i ditt garage” Ms. Snusk has become known for her daring word choices.

On Saturday, she takes part in Melodifestivalen, which is watched by families with children all over the country. It has caused several people on social media to react. It questions, among other things, why SVT allows the artist to participate in a “family program”.

Now Miss Snusk is speaking out about the criticism.

– It has been very busy. I have become very sad. This is my biggest dream since I was little. That people question that I shouldn’t be in. It’s really hard, she says.

How to deal with it?

– You just have to realize that everyone will think differently, not everyone will like me, but just that I am myself and show who I am when people get to meet me, that’s the most important thing, she says.

Miss Snusk has previously told us that she has songs that are less dirty and that her song in Melodifestivalen is not particularly dirty. In her contribution, she sings, among other things, “We pounded the tin and felt we were free. And I said, you there ‘Come as you are’. We will sing. We will sing. We are free”.

Anders Wistbacka is project manager at Melodifestivalen and he emphasizes that Fröken Snusk is a participating artist who does not represent SVT.

– She can continue her normal activities outside the Melodifestivalen, including advertising, but she must never link her participation to the advertising, he says.

Criticism has been directed at you for letting her in, what do you think about that?

– I’m saying pretty much the same thing, she’s an exciting and talented artist, and that’s what we want. I find it difficult to have any opinions on her activities outside of Melodifestivalen.

What artistic void is she filling in Mello this year?

– She is an artist who acts in the epadunk, a large genre in Sweden. I think it is important that the Melodifestivalen is relevant in its time, then we must also have artists who act in a specific popular new genre – to be relevant, he says.

Anne Lundberg laughingly talks about her contract in Italy.

Anne Lundberg, 57, has previously said that she has landed her dream house in Italy.

In “Bergfeldts”, the host shows a picture for the first time.

– That house is not terribly ugly. It’s absolutely beautiful, says Carina Bergfeldt and wonders how she and her husband Allan Lindfors got hold of it.

Anne Lundberg tells:

– No, but we wanted Italy and got some tips about this village in which we have bought the house and came there and just loved the village, loved the people and then we went on a house tour and got to see this house which is an art deco -House.

The TV profile loves that particular style.

– It is a fantastic house with a fantastic garden and a fantastic history. Both my husband and I felt that if we are not allowed to buy it, we will not buy a house, she says.

But with the house also came something a little unexpected.

– They were that there lived an elderly man in this house and he had a horse that got loose in the garden that had grown up in this garden, the garden is surrounded by a wall you could say, and he wanted to stay. Until he dies.

The plans for the house

So you got him in the bargain? wonders Carina Bergfeldt.

– Yes…, says Anne Lundberg and laughs.

So the man stays in the guest house and the horse in the garden.

Anne Lundberg and her husband were then able to renovate the house.

– So that’s how it happened. We bought a house with a man and a horse, say Lundberg and Carina Bergfeldt to the laughter of the audience.
