In a night celebrating two decades of ballroom competition, โ Dancing with the Stars Season 34 concluded its โninth week-dubbed the “20th Birthday Party” โepisode-with a surprising tie at the top of the leaderboard and the elimination of comedian Andy Richter and his โpartner Emma Slater.
