The SNL cold open, which aired Saturday, featured Tina โขFey portraying south Dakota Governor Kristi Noem alongside Amy Poehler. A screenshot from the โขsketch, depicting Fey’s โฃNoem wielding an โคassault rifle, was shared onโ X (formerly Twitter)โข by Bondi with the caption, “Loving Amy Poehler!”โค The sketchโ satirized Bondi’s โrecent Capitol Hill testimony, where she faced questioning from Democratic senators regarding issues including ICE โฃpractices, the deployment โof American troops in U.S. cities, the Jeffrey Epstein case, andโค the current government shutdown.โ
