Fiuk Denies Reports of Dressing Room Incident at the Town Festival
São Paulo, Brazil – October 9, 2023 – Singer Fiuk has refuted claims that he attempted to enter Travis Scott‘s dressing room at the Town festival in São Paulo this past weekend. Reports surfaced alleging multiple attempts to access the rapper’s private space during a festival after-party, and a subsequent altercation with an SBT reporter.
According to columnist Fábia Oliveira of Metropolis, Fiuk allegedly attempted to enter Scott’s dressing room on five separate occasions. The reports also claimed he briefly entered the space belonging to fellow performer Matuê before being escorted out by security.
Fiuk also addressed rumors of a disagreement with Allan Borges, a reporter for SBT’s SHOW programme. The artist reportedly took issue with a question referencing Deolane Bezerra, a previous romantic link, claiming Borges had violated a pre-agreed limit of two questions focused solely on professional matters.
A statement released thru Fiuk’s press office to QUE magazine firmly denied both allegations. “The details that the singer, songwriter and actor Fiuk tried to invade the dressing room of a foreign singer or got involved in any discussion with an SBT reporter, does not proceed,” the statement read.
The statement continued, clarifying that the interview with Borges “occurred normally, with all the questions answered. Even if the journalist did not have professionally and respectfully following the artist maintained a cordial stance, and at no time was disrespectful.”
The Town, a new São Paulo festival ofen compared to Rock in Rio, took place at the Interlagos Race track on Saturday, October 6th, with Travis Scott headlining the first day.
