silverstone,UKโ – November 29,2025 – โAston Martin Aramco today announced Mathilda โPaatz as its representative for the 2026 F1โ ACADEMY,alongside her inclusionโฃ inโ the team’s Driver Academy program. The 16-year-oldโค German driverโ will join the initiative designed to identify,train,and โขsupport youngโ female โคtalent โin motorsport,pavingโ a pathwayโ towards Formula 1.
This selection marks a important step in Aston martin’s commitmentโข to fostering diversityโฃ and inclusion โคwithin the sport. The F1 ACADEMY, launched in 2024, aims to increase female portrayal โin Formula 1, aโ field historically dominated byโ male drivers.Paatz’s participation provides โher with access to complete training, coaching, and competitive opportunities, all supported byโ the resources โofโ a leadingโค Formula โ1 team.Her advancement will be closely monitored as she โprogresses through the Driverโฃ Academy, with potential opportunities to testโ Formula 1โ machinery in theโฃ future.
