Al-Marsad Newspaper: An employee of the Medical Rehabilitation Center at Dammam Medical Complex, Dr. Hussein Al-Halal, revealed the number of amputations this year.
Al-Halal said in his appearance on Al-Ikhbariya TV that the number of amputations has reached 155 this year, with the highest percentage being among men.
He added that the main reason for amputations is diabetes, and thus accidents, and both can be prevented by controlling your diabetes and obeying traffic rules.
