Factor Bikes Ending partnership with Israel-Premier Tech
November 19, 2025 โฃ – Factor Bikes is ending its long-term โequipment supply partnership โwith the Israel-Premier Tech (IPT) cycling team, adding to the recent instability within the institution. โฃTheโฃ newsโ follows โคthe announced withdrawal of title sponsor Premier โTech in 2026โฃ and comes as โthe team undergoes a significantโค rebranding effort.
According toโ a report by โฃ Daniel Benson’s Cycling Substack, Scott Bikes haveโ already been deliveredโ to the team’s headquarters โin Girona, Spain. It remains unclear whether Scott will act as a lead sponsor or simply an equipment supplier.
Factorโ Bikes had previously requested inโข late September that the teamโฃ drop the ‘Israel’ affiliation from its name, a change IPT had planned to implement for the 2026 season. Though, both Factor and Premier Tech โฃaccelerated โคtheir โฃdeparturesโ before the rebranding could be finalized.
Theโข timing of these changesโ coincidesโค with otherโ shifts in theโ professional cycling sponsorship landscape. Q36.5 Pro Cyclingโ recently announced a partnership with Pinarello, with the Italian โขbrand โtaking onโ both bike supplier and leading sponsor roles for the team featuring Tom Pidcock. Premier Tech has also announced a โnew partnership with the women’s UCI ProTeam st Michel-Preference Home-Auber93.
IPT is now facing a challenging future as it navigates sponsor withdrawals, internal restructuring, and geopolitical pressures while attempting to secure new funding โคand complete its rebranding.
