Liu Kai Upsets โคField to Claim 400m Goldโข at China’s National Games
Guangzhou – Shandong’s Liu Kai,โข 19, surged to victory inโ the โmen’s 400-meter final at China’s 15th National โฃGames โon Tuesday, clocking a winning time of 45.77 seconds.โค Theโ result denied veteran mo โJiadieโ a potential record-breaking thirdโ National Games gold medal in the event.
Liu’s win marksโ his first National Games goldโค and comes amidstโค challengingโค whether conditions and a highly competitive field. “I’m thrilled,”โ Liu said. โ”To win in a field โฃthis strong, and in tough weather, โmeans a lot.
